Monita offers many possibilities to exceed oneís artistic limits. In the spring 2006 it can be done in the Drumming Course for women and in the Dance from around the World -course.

************************** Art camp for visual artists

An oil paining course will arranged at the Maa Art School in Suomenlinna, led by Heidi Romo: Oil painting surfaces and basic painting techniques.

Time: Thurs 27.7. and Fri 28.7., and Mon 31.7. - Fri 4.8.
Leave on the morning ferry from the Market Place at 9.00.

Heidi Romo writes: "Our paintings will be inspired by the beautiful Suomenlinna surroundings: landscapes or abstract compositions of nature, light, people, culture. The more advanced participants can realize their own artistic projects. Weather permitting, we will work outside."
