• Teachers¥ Guide
To inspire school teachers, Monita will produce a book with the title Taide polkuna
kulttuuriseen ymmärrykseen (Art as a Path to Cultural Understanding). It will demonstrate the possibilities
of art in international education.
The field research and the text are by Outi Kääriä.
• A three-part documentary DVD series has been produced on Monita's activities.
The first part is about Monita's training programmes, the second covers the
Saturday Art Events, and the third illustrates the various Monita
performances. All three documentaries bear witness to the enthusiasm generated
by working together, and to the power of art.
• The international Why not? project brings together in a single booklet different countriesí
experiences of their Equal projects, and their recommendations for empowering women under threat of discrimination.
